Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are calculated from the date your order is shipped:

  • Mainland France: 2 to 7 business days.

  • European Union: 3 to 15 business days.

  • Rest of the world: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and are indicated during checkout.

Order Tracking

As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your parcel's progress in real time:

  • Via the tracking link provided by the shipping carrier.

Delays and Responsibilities

We are committed to processing your orders and handing them over to shipping carriers as quickly as possible.

If a delivery is delayed due to circumstances attributable to the shipping carrier, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes or logistical disruptions:

  • Delivery times remain estimates.

  • If the delay is unusually long, please contact our customer service team. We will follow up with the carrier and submit any necessary claims to help resolve the situation.

For all orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties, local taxes or import fees may be charged when the parcel arrives.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the total amount paid on our website.
